Our Preschool Program's Mission Statement
Our Philosophy
We believe that each child has the right to a safe, nurturing, responsive, and enriching environment in which to grow, learn, and build relationships. We view children as competent explorers and encourage them to express themselves creatively, problem solve, think critically, practice empathy, exercise mindfulness, and build self-esteem. We strive to be a community where each child, family, and staff member is included, valued, and represented-where each participant is actively invited to voice and contribute ideas, opinions, and questions.
About Our School
Since 1989, Kids Kollege Preschool and Childcare Center has been successfully serving the Sunset community by maintaining well-rounded preschool classes to serve families from all cultural, economic and ideological backgrounds.
Our Center cares for children 2 to 5.9 years of age. We continue to create a warm and highly supportive environment where each child is encouraged to strengthen his or her individual interests, establish lasting friendships and develop self-esteem and social skills.

Kids Kollege Preschool Staff
Our Preschool program has an exceptional teaching staff that are experienced early childhood educators, dedicated to meeting each student as individuals. We work as a team to craft a learning environment that makes each student feel included and appreciated for who they are. Our Teaching Staff have completed all qualifying coursework in ECE, and many have been with our school for years! We are a close-knit team that values the home-school connection and partnering with parents and families to help our students feel fully supported in their foundational learning experiences.
All of our teachers are trained in first aid and CPR, and are well prepared to handle emergencies.
ALL STAFF MEMBERS HAVE BEEN DOJ BACKGROUND CHECKED AND CLEARED.
